Netflix's 'Pride and Prejudice': First Look at James Bond as Mr Darcy in New Adaptation
The latest adaptation of Pride and Prejudice for Netflix sees Emma Corrin take on the role of Elizabeth Bennet, in a role she calls “a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity”.
Mark Jefferies, Showbiz Editor, shared the first look at this highly anticipated Netflix series back in September 2026. The six-part drama is set to launch on December 3rd.
This adaptation follows Jane falling for the charming Mr Bingley while Elizabeth clashes with his proud friend, Mr Darcy—a dynamic that promises plenty of romantic tension. Unexpected encounters and family scandals ensue, causing Elizabeth to reevaluate her feelings and uncover the true nature of love.
