Mr. T Trashes Netflix Documentary 'Untold Mr. T: I Pity the Fool'
Mr. T has expressed his displeasure with a new Netflix documentary about his life, calling it "garbage" in a furious rant.

The cultural icon and A-Team star, now 74, has led a multifaceted life, as revealed in a Guardian profile promoting the documentary. However, in a surprise turn, Mr. T has no love for the film, titled Untold Mr. T: I Pity the Fool.
Critiquing the Documentary
In an interview, Mr. T stated that the documentary focuses on the wrong aspects of his life and ascent to fame. He found it frustrating that key chapters of his life were overlooked, and he took particular offense to the emphasis on his former agent, Peter Young, who used the platform to criticize Mr. T's career choices, including the 1993 black comedy Freaked.
"The documentary p---ed me off, because they didn’t cover a lot of stuff... It’s garbage. You build me up, then you try to punk me out. I said: ‘Wow man, I’m more than that.’"
Mr. T also addressed his role in Freaked, stating that he didn't have an issue with the part because it challenged typecasting, citing fellow cast members like Brooke Shields, Keanu Reeves, and Randy Quaid.
"I didn’t have no problem playing Freaked, because we were going against the typecast... He’s putting me down for being in it. He wants to cut Mr. T down."
Despite his criticism, Mr. T's legacy remains rich with philanthropy and advocacy, including his famous role in Nancy Reagan's "Just Say No" anti-drugs campaign and his efforts in the Hurricane Katrina cleanup.
