Netflix Announces Fourth Season of 'Tires'
Netflix has announced another season of Tires, featuring Shane Gillis’ comedy. The series, recently ranked at number five on the streamer's Global Top 10 English TV list for week ending August 17, 2026, is receiving high praise.
Gillis shared his enthusiasm: "It’s cool to get to make another season of Tires."
John McKeever, Gillis’ director and friend, echoed the sentiment: "I love this show and everyone who works on it. Excited to make more."
Tracey Pakosta, Netflix's vice president of U.S. Comedy, added:
Tires continues to deliver... and Season 3 hitting its highest-ever Top 10 ranking proves this fandom just keeps growing. We love working with this team and can’t wait to see what’s next for the Valley Forge crew in Season 4."
Co-created by Gillis, McKeever, and Steve Gerben (who plays Shane's cousin on the show), Tires films at Gerben's dad’s actual tire chain in suburban Pennsylvania.
The series follows Will (Gerben), an anxious and unqualified heir to a car repair business, as he tries to save his family's company alongside his perpetually tormenting cousin, Shane (Gillis). In Season 3, amidst their struggle to keep Valley Forge Automotive afloat, Will and Shane look back to the past for answers about the future.
Earlier this year, Gillis and McKeever signed a creative partnership with Netflix to develop new shows and movies; Gillis will also film two stand-up specials as part of the deal.
