Bolton Café Stunned by Michelle Keegan's Netflix Show
The owners of a coffee shop in Bolton shared their surprise and delight as a new Netflix show starring Michelle Keegan filmed nearby.
The Coffee Van's Exciting Day
The Coffee Van, a vintage horsebox café located in Walker Fold Car Park since 2016, is a popular spot for dog-walkers and those enjoying the views of Winter Hill. This week, however, it became the temporary set for the upcoming Netflix thriller The Woods.
The series, based on the Harlan Coben novel, has been filming across various locations, including Liverpool, Knutsford, Bolton's Le Mans Crescent, and The Midland hotel in the city centre. The cast includes Tom Bateman and Michelle Keegan, the latter of whom posed for photos with the café's owners during a break in filming.
A Memorable Experience
The owners described the day as "very exciting" and shared on social media:
"Well… what a day. We had a VERY exciting day today as a Netflix crew took over the car park and we had the pleasure of keeping the cast and crew fueled with coffees & food. We even got to meet @michkeegan & Tom Bateman, who were both honestly so lovely."
