Meghan Markle ‘Never Actually Had an Offer’ to Appear on Netflix’s ‘The Gentlemen’, Source Claims

It was reported last month that Meghan Markle was in talks to be casted on season three of The Gentlemen. However, according to sources, she was never actually sent an offer.
For weeks, rumors circulated about the Duchess of Sussex’s potential return to acting following her recent move back to the United Kingdom. But it seems these reports were misconstrued. An insider revealed to Page Six that Meghan had only "one conversation with the series’ casting director."
"She took it as an offer," another source clarified, "And it wasn’t. And [Meghan and Prince Harry] thought it would be helpful in the moment for there to be a reason for their move."
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry returned to the UK with their children on August 26. The Suits star and the Duke of Sussex have decided to make England their permanent home after living in California for the last six years. They are staying with their children, Prince Archie, 7, and Princess Lilibet, 5, for an extended period.
