Over a year after taking the world by storm with its phenomenal success, this critically acclaimed fantasy feature is officially heading to Netflix. Boasting a 98% Tomatometer and Popcornmeter score on Rotten Tomatoes, the film has consistently drawn praise for its "remarkable animation, epic fight sequences, and seriously emotional moments." It has also snagged several accolades since its theatrical release, including a Golden Globe nomination, and has broken multiple box-office records with its near $800 million win.
Having premiered in the summer of 2025, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Infinity Castle remains one of the year's best fantasy releases. The action anime film, based on the "Infinity Castle" arc of beloved manga author Koyoharu Gotouge, picks up after Season 4 of the TV series. It continues the Demon Slayer Corps' decisive climactic battle against Muzan Kibutsuji and the remaining Upper Ranks. Haruo Sotozaki directed, with Ufotable producing.
Now, those who missed the masterpiece showing in theaters last year can finally catch up thanks to streaming. Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Infinity Castle begins streaming on Netflix in multiple regions, including the U.S. and U.K., on September 28, 2026. The film will join past installments in the fantasy franchise already available on the streamer, including all four seasons of the TV anime and the movies Mugen Train (2020), To the Swordsmith Village (2023), and To the Hashira Training (2024).
