Every few years, an unexpected TV sensation captures viewers' hearts. Last year, it was "The Pitt", a medical drama that defied expectations, thanks to its star, Noah Wyle, from ER. The show's success led to increased investment in medical dramas by various platforms and networks.

However, after just one season, Netflix's attempt at a replacement, "Pulse", underperformed, leading to its cancellation. Interestingly, another option, "Nurse Jackie", has been satisfying fans of "The Pitt" for the past few months on Netflix. But this is set to change as all seven seasons will be removed from streaming on October 6.

A new home for "Nurse Jackie" remains unknown at present, with the only other option being via the Howdy extension on Prime Video.
